Equine Healing Enrichment Combos
In 2025, I have introduced Equine Healing Enrichment Combos which embody Equine Body Balance bodywork, groundwork (which are also a part of EBB), and liberty, for those who want to explore a deeper relationship with horses.
We have different ways of connecting with horses – if we are bodyworkers, we may go in and form a working bond for the duration – an hour or hour and a half, an ongoing recurrent relationship, perhaps. With our own, there is the possibility of more closeness, a deeper knowing, that can be shared not just with their owner but with other people in some cases.
All of these relationships depend upon a few things: a willingness to meet the animal where they are, to ask to work together, and an ability to shift focus and energy. These are private or semi-private sessions. They can be done with your own horses at your location, with my horses and other horses.
Supporting Health for People and Animals:
While most Equine Body Balance courses encompass some discussion of complementary alternative medicine for animals, one course I teach is entitled Tenets of Equine Health, which gives a valuable overview of common equine conditions, ways they are treated both allopathically and alternatively, products, and what to expect. This provides a basic understanding for bodyworkers who may have learned bodywork techniques but are unfamiliar with the symptoms and pathology of equine health.
Flower Essences
Flower essences are the blossoms of plants prepared from a sun infusion in a bowl of water, then further diluted, potentized, and then preserved with brandy.
These preparations embody the distinct imprint, or energetic pattern of each flower species. In holistic healing flower essence therapy is categorized under vibrational medicine. Vibrational medicine incorporates the use of chi energies within living organisms such as plants, gemstones and crystals, water, sunlight, and even the foods we eat.
