For out of town events, Early Bird rates will apply up to four weeks before the scheduled event and are non-refundable after that date. After that the Full rate applies. If for some reason an event is canceled by the presenter, you will be issued a full refund. Most local events will have an Early Bird. Payment is non-refundable after the Early Bird has expired. For online classes, the Early Bird rate will be very close to the start of class and payments are non-refundable. After that Early Bird ends the Full rate applies. For all refunds other than those generated because of class cancellation, a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
